
Appetizers
Meals shall start in the name of tradition with a big plate of sliced cold meats and cheeses and mixed Tuscan crostini (little toasts), or if you prefer something more tasty, don’t miss the omelette with truffles and seasonal appetizers such as bruschetta (toasted bread) with chopped tomatoes.

First Course
Try pasta dishes made with fresh pasta and truffles: really delicious! Suggestions? Potato tortelli (sort of ravioli) with meat sauce, ricotta (kind of cottage cheese) and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, pappardelle (broad fettucine) with wild boar, tagliolini pasta with black truffle, tagliatelle with mushrooms and farro soup.

Second Courses
Game, wild boar and T-bone steak are the foods that you must not miss, but if you would like to have something else and forget about classics dishes, try grilled chicken or grilled pork stuffed with rocket and parmesan cheese.

Side dishes
Simply choose among seasonable fresh vegetables, grilled vegetables, salads, and when the season comes.... among delicious porcini and St. George’s mushrooms!
